Pricing

All prices are GST inclusive, Australian dollars and correct at time of publishing. Prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Shipping

Shipping is a minimum rate for our standard delivery area and may increase for overweight (>750kg) or overlength (>9 mtrs). You may check the delivery area map to confirm your location in relation to the delivery area. Shipping outside the area and for overweight and overlength is quoted on a case by case basis.  If your shipping needs to be adjusted we will contact you before processing your order. Ex-stock orders are processed within 24 hours. Shipping is estimated at 2-7 business days from order date.

Stock

Most items are ex-stock unless otherwise indicated. Some items may be temporarily out of stock and could require upto 7 days lead time.

Customer Service Policy

Metalmart  is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. Specially ordered and/or cut product cannot be refunded where the product has been supplied according to customer instructions.
